100% Payment of the Venue charges is to be paid in an advance by the Member at the time of the booking.
Members are to deposit by Cash / Cheque for the estimated cost of the event for the Food & Beverages and the other miscellaneous charges 7 days prior to the event against Clubs Performa Invoice.
The final adjustments will be made after the event, against the final bill. Incase of Cheque payment, the Club will en-cash it after 48 hours and after adjustment and all.
If a member wishes to use any of the empanelled caterers of the Club, cover charges of Rs.100/- per plate + service tax (as applicable) will be levied.
The members will be charged a minimum, based on the no of guests guaranteed. If no of guests increases, additional charges will be levied as applicable.
Incase of unforeseen circumstances if the Club cancels the booking, the members will be given an advance Notice to the extent possible and 100% refund. An alternative venue can also be offered, subject to the availability.
Cancellation charges for Venues are as follows:
– 100 % refund if cancelled above 30 days from the date of the function; 75% refund for 21-29 days; 50% refund for 15-20 dyas; 25% refund for 2-14 days; No refund for less than 2 days.
No cancellation charges are levied by the Club if Notice is given a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation of less than 48 hours on Food orders will attract 100% charges.
Bar services will shut at 10:30 p.m. as per the Club Rules.
Except for the Club House, 1st floor; no music for private events is permitted.
The Club doesn’t permit any religious services in its premises.
All private parties and functions in the Club must close by 11 p.m.
