Terms & Condition
100% Payment of the Venue charge has to be paid in advance by the Member at the time of the booking.
Members are request to deposit the estimated cost of the event for the Food & Beverages and the other miscellaneous charges 7 days prior to the event against Club’s Proforma Invoice. Payment will be made only by Cheque / electronic mode.
The final adjustments will be made after the event, against the final bill.
If a Member wishes to use any of the empanelled caterers of the Club, cover charges of Rs.100/- per plate + service tax (as applicable) will be levied.
The Members will be charged a minimum, based on the number of guests guaranteed. If the number of guests increases, charges will be levied as applicable.
Cancellation charges for Venues are as follows:
- 100 % refund if cancelled above 30 days from the date of the function;
- 75% refund for 21-29 days;
- 50% refund for 15-20 days;
- 25% refund for 2-14 days;
- No refund for less than 2 days.
Cancellation of less than 48 hours on Food orders will attract 100% charges.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Club cancels the booking, members will be given an advance notice to the extent possible and 100% refund will be given or an alternative venue will be offered, subject to availability
Bar services will shut at 10:30 p.m. as per the Club Rules.
Except for the AC Auditorium; no music for private events is permitted.
The Club does not permit any religious services / rituals in its premises.
All private parties and functions in the Club must close by 11 p.m.
